Section 41(c) in The Gujarat Emergency Medical Services Act, 2007
(c)employ a full or part time physician or surgeon, as a Director of Emergency Department of the hospital, who is enrolled on the State Medical Register and who possesses the medical qualification of Master of Surgery (General Surgery or Orthopedic Surgery) granted by a university or institution specified in the First Schedule to the Medical Council Act, 1956 and who has substaintial experience in the practice of trauma care or emergency medicine;
