Section 33(1) in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
(1)Every employee of the Sikkim Transport shall weigh or cause to 'be weighed the goods consigned for carriage or to be, carried in or upon a transport vehicle of the Sikkim Transport, before issuing carriage receipt and shall enter the weight of the goods in such receipt.
