Section 9(1) in Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of Tourism) Act, 2013
(1)Simultaneously with the preparation of the master plan or as soon as may be thereafter, the Authority shall proceed with the preparation of a sector plan for each of the sectors referred to in sub-section (2) of section 9.
