Section 11(4) in The Shillong Electric Supply Undertaking (Acquisition) Act, 1977
(4)The licensee shall not destroy any document relating to the undertaking and shall hand over to the Government on vesting date all such documents as are necessary for ascertaining the assets of the undertaking, the rights, liabilities and obligations attaching thereto and for determining the amount payable or deductable in respect of the undertaking under this Act.
