Section 12(ii) in Orissa State Financial Corporation Employees' Provident Fund Regulations, 1959
(ii)The accounts of the fund shall be made up yearly as on the 31st March and an audited statement of the accounts as on that date shall be submitted to a meeting of the Administrator to be held not later than the 30th of June in every year and a copy of such statement shall be made available to the subscribers as soon as may be after such meeting.
