CMP No.28917 of 2025 of This application has been moved on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3-Baba Balak Nath Temple Trust rt Deothsidh for placing on record documents and on that basis to submit compliance of the order dated 17.10.2025.
In the said order, respondents were directed to release the due and admissible retiral benefits to the petitioner.
According to the respondents, all retiral benefits admissible to the petitioner have now been released in his bank account. Learned counsel for the petitioner has some reservation to the computation of the retiral benefits. Be that as it may.
The application is allowed. Compliance made by the respondents is noted and the documents appended with the application are taken on record.
The application stands disposed of.
CMP No.28918 of 2025The application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant/petitioner to file English translation of the documents in issue within a period of three weeks from today.

The surviving dispute between the parties is about the retirement age of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, his superannuation age is to be treated as 60 years and retiral benefits in lieu of two years of service of rendered by him pursuant to orders passed in this petition from time to time yet remain to be paid to him. The rt respondents dispute this. According to them, petitioner's age of superannuation as per applicable rules & regulations was 58 years and all retiral benefits in accordance with law stand released in his favour.
At the request of learned counsel for the parties, list after three weeks.
