Section 39(1) in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
(1)The Government may by general or special order, specify the maximum weight of the goods and the maximum number of passengers that may be carried in a transport vehicle and different weights and number of passengers may be specified for different types of transport vehicles and for different routes.
