(2)Where in accordance with the provisions of Uttar Pradesh State Government Servant's Confirmation Rules, 1991, confirmation is not necessary, the order under sub-rule (3) of Rule 5 of these rules declaring that person concerned has successfully completed the probation shall be deemed to be the order of confirmation.
