5. Appointment of Oil Palm Commissioner.
- Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf, the Government shall appoint or designate any Officer of the Department of Agriculture not below the rank of Deputy Director of Agriculture as Oil Palm Commissioner to exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Oil Palm Commissioner under this Act.
