Section 12(1) in The Goa Oil Palm (Regulation of Production and Processing) Act, 1998
(1)Every person or occupier of a factory who contravenes the provisions of sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 8 and sub-section (4) of section 10 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees ten thousand and in the case of a continuing contravention of the provisions of the said sections, with a further fine not exceeding rupees one thousand for each day during which the contravention continues.
