(b)have such powers exercisable by officers or servants of the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] under this Act as the [Board] [Substituted by Act 24 of 1936, S.69, for "Cantonment Authority" ] may confer upon them; and
