Section 3(1) in Rajasthan Film Shooting Regulations, 2012
(1)With a view to afford facilities to persons willing to undertake film shooting in the State at the locations, places, areas or sites mentioned in clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Act, the Commissioner shall act as a nodal agency for all departments of the State and single window clearance system shall be operated by him.
