Section 29(1) in The Gujarat Emergency Medical Services Act, 2007
(1)The Council shall meet at such time and at such place and shall, subject to sub-sections (2) and (3), observe such rules of procedure in regard to transaction of its business at the meetings, as may be provided by the bye-laws.
