HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. AJAY RASTOGI HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE S TALAPATRA Order 21/3/2018 The interim application has been filed by the petitioner along with the written prayer for restraining the respondents from taking any further coercive action against the petitioner pending hearing of the writ petition.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was finally heard & reserved for judgment on 20.12.2017 but later released on 21.2.2018 and just a week before action was initiated by the respondents for attachment of properties, at that point of Page - 2 of 2 time, the petitioner was unable to file application since the matter was heard & reserved by this court. Since the matter is to be reheard, at least, the respondents be restrained from taking further coercive action against the writ petition.

Taking note of the submissions made, we consider it appropriate to restrain the respondents from taking any further coercive action against the petitioner pending hearing of the writ petition until further orders.

As agreed by the parties, let the matters may come up for hearing on 11.4.2018.
