Section 67(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)A person, for registering himself as Contract Farming Sponsor shall make an application in writing to the Marketing Board in Form 'I' appended hereto alongwith such documents as specified in that Form, and a fee of rupees five hundred, per year, per District.
