Section 30(3) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(3)All matters specified in sub-rule (2) and all other matters required to be placed before the District Council shall be sent to the Secretary to the District Council in writing for placing before the said Council.
