ORDER
The present application has been filed seeking leave to sue. The plaintiff has stated that the respondents are residing at different places in various parts of the country.
2. According to the plaintiff, they are persons carrying enormous goodwill and reputation, who serve the course for continuos use of reputation. It is further stated that several articles and contents have been circulated on social media, particularly through YouTube channels, which have caused serious defamation to the plaintiff, The plaintiff has therefore sought leave to sue on the ground that the said articles can be viewed in any part of the country and that the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.
3. Considering the submissions made, leave to sue is granted.
4. The registry is directed to number the suit and list the matter on 14.05.2026, if it is otherwise in order.
