Section 30 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
30. Manner of voting at election.
(1)At every election where a poll is taken, voter shall be given by a ballot in the manner hereinafter provided and no votes shall be received by proxy.(2)Every voter shall have as many votes as there are members to be elected on behalf of constituency, but he shall not have more than one vote for one candidate.
