Section 12(3) in Rajasthan Urban Infrastructure Development Project (RUIDP) Rules, 2012
(3)On receipt of reports desired under sub rule (2) above, the Project Director, RUIDP or the officer nominated by him, shall prepare a list of all the eligible candidates and shall place the same along with the Reports and other Service record of the candidates whose names are included in the list, before the respective Committees.
