Section 23(1) in Bihar Persons with Disabilities Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation Rules, 2004
(1)Records shall be kept of the names of members who attend the meeting and of the proceedings of the meeting, shall be maintained in a proceeding-book by the Member Secretary for this purpose.
