(1)The licensee of winery shall provide separate room for each of the following purposes -(i)Fermentation process.(ii)Manufacturing Operations.(iii)Storage of spirit.(iv)Bottling of Wine.(v)Storage of manufactured wine in sealed bottles and other receptacles.
