ORDER
Background
1. The Applicant filed an RTI application dt.29.9.11 with the PIO, RRB, Chennai seeking the copy of his answer sheet for category No.22, date of exam 6.6.10 and the reason for not calling him for the second stage examination. The APIO replied on 2.11.11 providing the required information against all the pointshowever denying copy of the answer sheet while relying upon a CIC Decision. The Applicant then filed an appeal dt.7.11.11 with the Appellate Authority once again seeking copy of the answer sheet. The Appellate Authority vide his order dt.9.12.11 denied the disclosure of answer sheet. Being aggrieved with the reply, the Applicant filed a second appeal dt.6.1.12 before CIC. Decision
2. Heard submissions. The Appellant reiterated his request for copy of his answer sheet.
3. The Commission while relying upon the Supreme Court Judgment in the case of CBSE Vs.Aditya Bandholpadhyaya & others pronounced on 9.8.11 directs the PIO to allow the Appellant to inspect his own answer sheet on a mutually convenient date and time. The exercise to be completed by 5.7.12.
3. The appeal is disposed off with the above direction.
