1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 12.08.2024, the petitioner has placed on record the necessary documents to indicate that the petitioner has been duly authorised under the bye laws of the petitioner-society to pursue the instant writ petition. She has placed on record a list of 142 members of the petitioner's society alongwith their farm house numbers. She further submits that the construction in question is being raised illegally and unauthorisedly in violation of various norms.
