Section 53 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
53. Declaration of result.
- The Returning Officer shall, subject to the provisions of rule 52, if and so far as they apply to a particular case, and if he has been so empowered by the Registrar thereunder, declare to be elected the candidate to whom the highest number of valid votes have been casted, complete and certify the return of election in Form 'H' and send signed copies thereof to the Registrar as soon as possible.
