Section 21 in North-East Frontier Agency (Royalty on Forest Produce) Rules, 1958
21. Increase and decrease of any of the rates is vested in the Director of Forests to a limit of 25 per cent of decrease and 25 per cent increase according to distance and difficulties of extraction.
