Section 23(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats (Usage of Electronic Voting Machines) Rules, 2001
(1)the presiding officer shall then make into separate packets.(a)The marked copy of the electoral roll;(b)the register of voters in Form I;(c)the cover containing the tendered ballot papers and the list in Form-II;(d)the list of challenged votes; and(e)any other papers directed by the Election Commission to be kept in a sealed packet.
