The dismissal of Special Appeal No.140 of 2014 by the High Court was under challenge in this Court in Special Leave Petition (Civil)No.3604 of 2018, which was dismissed by this Court on 12.02.2018. Very same Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Dr. order dated 31.10.2017 was subject matter of Review Application No. Mukesh Nasa Date: 2020.11.06 17:18:01 IST Reason: 120578 of 2017 in the High Court. Said Review Application was rejected by the High Court by its order dated 11.07.2019. Special Leave Petition 2 (Civil)No.3387 of 2020 preferred against said order dated 11.07.2019 was dismissed by this Court on 10.02.2020.
We have gone through the contents of the Review Petition and do not find any merit.
This Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
