Section 3(1) in Tripura Tribal Areas Autonomous District (Establishment of Village Committee) Act, 1994
(1)The Executive Committee may, by notification published in the Tripura Gazette declare for the purpose of this Act, any Revenue Mouja or part of Revenue Mouja or groups of Revenue Moujas or part there of to be a village.
