PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the
records relating to the impugned proceedings of the first respondent in
M2/76092/2010 dated 11.08.2012 and quash the same and directing the first
respondent not to grant sand quarrying lease permission in S.F.No.512,
Vasudevanallur Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.
