Section 19(b) in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
(b)having unauthorizedly ,occupied a seat reserved-for the use of another passenger, refuses to leave it when required to do so by any employee, any employee authorised by the Sikkim Transport in this behalf, may remove him or cause him to be removed with the aid of any other person from the transport vehicle or seat, and shall also be punished with fine - which may extend to one hundred rupees.
