Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to pass an interim order staying operation of Exhibit P3 order
dated 1-7-2024 in ACP No.1 of 2023 on the file of Accommodation Controller
and Tahsildar, Thalassery the pending disposal of the above writ
petition.
This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition
and the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this court's order dated
04.09.2024 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.R.SURENDRAN, Advocate for
the petitioner and of the GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 and R2, M/S. ARJUN J
DAS & J.JOY, Advocates for R3, the Court passed the following:
