(3)In exceptional cases, Class 'A' registration may also be given as a onetime measure to self-educated Yoga Practitioners who are Post-Graduates in any subject and who have at least 25 years of working experience in a reputed and established Yoga Hospital or College and who are not less than 45 years of age, on payment of prescribed fee and subject to the provisions of this Act.
