Section 29 in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
29. Withdrawal of degree or diploma and other academic distinction.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University shall have power to withdraw degrees, diplomas, certificates and other academic distinctions awarded by it for good and sufficient reasons.
