FACTS :
The matter is called for hearing today dated 25.3.2011. The parties have not appeared before the Commission. However, on the request of Shri R Karun Kannan, SPOs, Dharampuri, we had a teletalk with him.
2. It is the submission of Shri Karun Kannan that this matter has already been decided by this Commission vide order dated 12.11.2008 in File No CIC/MA/A/2008/01173/AD and that in compliance thereof requisite documents have already been provided to the appellant.
3. The appellant is neither present before the Commission nor has he sought telephonic interview in this connection. We, therefore, presume that he is satisfied with the information provided to him. In the premises, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
