Section 33(3)(ii) in The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1985

(ii)The head office or department shall forward the application to the Accounts Officer indicating the advances taken and the recoveries effected against the advances which are still current and the number of instalments yet to be recovered in respect of each advance and also indicate the withdrawals if any taken by the subscriber.
