This Original Petition (Criminal) again coming on for orders on 18/03/2021 upon perusing
the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this court's order dated 06-01-2020
and upon hearing the arguments of SRI. P.SATHISAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the
