1. The petitioner herein is defendant before the learned Trial Court and had moved an application under Order VII Rule 10 of CPC claiming that no cause of action had arisen within the jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi and therefore, the suit had been filed before a wrong Forum. Such application has been dismissed.
2. I have seen the impugned order.
3. Issue notice through all permissible modes, returnable on 06.11.2024.
