Section 54 in The Gujarat Water Users' Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2007
54. Recovery of dues.
(1)Where any amount is due from a member of the Association, the Association shall, with the least practicable delay, cause to be presented to the member liable for the payment thereof a bill for the amount due from him specifying the date on or before which the amount shall be paid.(2)If the Association is unable to recover the amount due to it from a member, it shall be recovered as an arrear of land revenue.
