Section 30(1) in Arunachal Pradesh University Act, 2012
(1)The annual accounts and balance-sheet of the University shall be prepared under directions of the Executive Council and shall once, at least every year and at intervals of not more than fifteen months be audited by the Director of Accounts or by any other authorities as may be directed by the State Government.
