(4)Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Madhya Pradesh Irrigation Act, 1931 (No.3 of 1931), the Madhya Pradesh Sinchai Prabandhan Me Krishkon Ki Bhagidari Adhiniyam, 1999 (No.23 of 1999), the Madhya Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the Madhya Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1961 (No. 37 of 1961), the Madhya Pradesh Panchayat Raj Avam Gram Swaraj Adhiniyam, 1993(No. 1 of 1994) and in any other law for the time being in force, the provisions of this Act shall apply with regard to fixation of water tariff.
