Section 3(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)Every notification under section 3 published in the Official Gazette, shall also be published by displaying the copy thereof in a conspicuous place, in the office of the Municipality, Zilla Panchayat or Village Panchayat, as the case may be, within whose jurisdiction, the area specified in such notification or any part thereof, is situated.
