67. Registration of Contract Farming Sponsor.
(1)A person, for registering himself as Contract Farming Sponsor shall make an application in writing to the Marketing Board in Form 'I' appended hereto alongwith such documents as specified in that Form, and a fee of rupees five hundred, per year, per District.(2)On receipt of application under sub-rule (1) alongwith the requisite fee the Marketing Board shall record the particulars of such application in the register maintained in Form 'J' appended hereto and dispose of the application within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of such application. The Registration Certificate shall be issued in Form 'K' appended hereto.
