(4)The Association shall have the following functions, namely:-(a)to constitute the Sports Control Committee under section 6;(b)to consider at the annual general meeting and approve with or without modifications the report and audited accounts of the preceding financial year of the Association;(c)to appoint auditors at its annual general meeting;(d)to approve with or without modifications any by-laws framed by the Committee;(e)to affiliate sports organizations on payment of the fee prescribed in this behalf;(f)any other functions conferred by this Act or the rules made thereunder.
