Section 5(1) in The M.P. Legislative Assembly Members Family Pension Rules, 2000
(1)The Accountant General-I, Madhya Pradesh shall on receipt of the sanction order, issue Pension Payment Order in Form-B to the Treasury Officer of the Treasury through which the pension is to be disbursed under intimation to the applicant.
