63. Term of office of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman.
(1)The Chairman and Vice-Chairman shall, subject to the provisions of section 22 of the Act, hold office so long as they continue to hold office as members under sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Act.(2)The Chairman and Vice-Chairman shall be paid such honorarium as the State Marketing Officer may specify, having regard to the finances of the Marketing Board, so however that, the total amount of such honorarium to be paid shall not exceed rupees ten thousand per month.
