Section 67A(2) in The Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976
(2)The committee shall consist of the following members, namely:-(i)the Secretary, Urban Development and Urban Housing Department, shall be the Chairman;(ii)the Chief Town Planner, - Member Secretary, ex-officio; and(iii)any other member, appointed by the Chairman.
