1. On 07.12.2020, this court passed the following order in IA No. 11578/2020:-
"7. The defendant No. 1 in its reply affidavit will also show how the plaintiff or even the members of its society are indulging in cruelty to the Cows as envisaged in the videos and why the mascot of the plaintiff has been used. Along with the reply affidavit, the defendant No. 1 will also state, whether it obtains any profits out of the videos uploaded and if yes, the statement of Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:NIRMLA TIWARI Signing Date:09.04.2021 12:11:07 accounts thereof."
2. Learned senior counsel for the plaintiff submits that the above order has not been complied with and that Mr. Nitin Jain/defendant no. 1 has not filed his account. Mr. Nitin Jain in his affidavit has referred to Bengaluru Brigade for Animal Liberation and states that the same has no bank account in its name. He states that as per the above order, defendant No. 1 was to file his account.
3. This aspect will be gone into on the next date.
