Section 10(1) in The United Provinces Agricultural Tenants (Acquisition of Privileges) Rules, 1949
(1)The Supervisor Kanungo shall prepare a statement in Form Z. A. F. No. 2 of all the holdings in a mahal whose rents have been abated or enhanced on or after July 1,1948, otherwise than by an order or decree of a court.
