Learned counsel for the Petitioner has brought to our notice the order passed by National Green Tribunal regarding taking clearances under the Environment Protection Act, 1986 for carrying out excavation, mining activities, stone crushing activities.
2. In view of this position, at present relief sought for by the Petitioner cannot be granted and, therefore the Writ Petition is disposed of and if there is any change in the legal position, the Digitally Petitioner can revive his representation to the State or file a fresh signed by Petition.
