Section 19(c) in The Punjab Apartment Ownership Rules, 1995
(c)throw garbage or trash outside the disposal places provided for such purpose in the service areas and where such a place is not provided, all garbage or trash shall be collected in a vessel and thrown in the municipal dustbins;
